Gnosis will call Ethereum and the EEZ atomically, from performant blockspace

Gnosis EEZ is an L2 that can call mainnet apps and infrastructure in the same transaction. If you already run something on Ethereum, Gnosis wants to explore what that enables you to do.

Build apps that use all of Ethereum

Keep settlement on L1, run matching, risk or pricing engines on Gnosis EEZ, and keep sync calls for high-value flows.

  1. Lending markets

Use canonical mainnet assets as collateral, with no bridge and no wrapper, and liquidate underwater positions into mainnet liquidity in the same transaction.

  2. Options venues

Quote and match on 2-second blocks, then hedge, exercise or settle against mainnet spot atomically. Margin and hedges share mainnet collateral, so nothing sits parked on a bridge.

  3. Perps venues

Margin comes straight from L1 with no bridge step, and positions liquidate into L1 liquidity when limits are hit.

  4. Prediction markets

Run fast, cheap markets and settle them in mainnet stablecoins. Idle collateral keeps earning yield on L1 until the market resolves.

  5. RWAs

Issue on mainnet and distribute through Gnosis EEZ, where holders trade, borrow and transfer at L2 speed. The token never leaves the issuer's contract, so transfer restrictions stay enforced.

  6. Cross-zone tooling

One transaction will be able to touch the whole Ethereum Economic Zone. That needs indexers, explorers, oracles, solvers and simulators that follow it across chains, and wallets that show a cross-zone call as one action.
